Privacy, discretion, and family control.

We collect the information needed to create and manage private memorial pages, including names, email addresses, relationship details, access requests, uploaded photos, videos, audio, written stories, captions, tags, dates, locations, and family-tree or identity clues that contributors choose to provide.

When a contributor verifies their email or signs in with Google, we may receive account profile details such as name, email address, and profile image if Google provides them and the contributor grants access.

We use memorial information to provide private sharing links, contributor accounts, executor review tools, access controls, ceremony preparation, photo and video organization, people and place tagging, family timeline features, and support.

We do not sell contributor media, memorial content, or personal information. We do not use private family media for public advertising or unrelated model training.

For the current operator-managed archive, family media may be stored in a dedicated Google Drive account controlled for this service. The app uses Google OAuth credentials to create upload sessions and organize files into memorial folders.

The app does not expose Google Drive links directly to family contributors. Viewing, approval, and sharing are handled through the application permission layer.

Executors or authorized memorial administrators decide who can view a memorial, share media, tag people, see the private library, sign a guestbook, or manage access requests.

Super administrators may access operational dashboards to provide support, review system health, and manage memorial records. Administrative access is limited and should be used only for the service purpose.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe may show NextSet as the merchant because isalwayswith.me is part of NextSet. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Memorial content is retained while the memorial is active or while the family needs the archive. Executors may request export, correction, restriction, or deletion of memorial content, subject to lawful retention, backup, payment, fraud-prevention, and security needs.

Contributors may request correction or deletion of their own account information and submitted content by contacting us.

We use access controls, private storage, least-privilege service credentials, audit records, and HTTPS transport to protect memorial information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but privacy and family discretion are core design requirements for this service.
